High-Content Data Mining - Solutions for (non-) experts
Posted July 12 2011
Workshop on Friday, July 15, 2011 at BioQuant

Automated data acquisition nowadays enables life scientists to produce large amounts of data within a very short period of time. Apart from sophisticated data storage and data management solutions, a reliable image processing, statistics and bioinformatics pipeline is indispensable in order to gain a maximum of information content from the acquired data. However, in the majority of cases efficient data mining tools can only be provided either by experts or cost-intensive commercial software tools.

In the workshop ’High-Content Data Mining: Solutions for (non-) experts‘ new approaches for (non-) expert data mining will be presented and discussed.

Friday 15 July 2011, BioQuant, Im Neuenheimer Feld 267, Lecture Hall SR041
