Opening of CellNetworks nCounter Core Facility
Posted May 30 2011
Opening Ceremony on June 9, 2011, 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Bioquant seminar room 41

The facility has been established to provide access to one of the current state of the art expression profiling technologies for the Heidelberg University research community and is supported by the Excellence Cluster Cell Networks.

The nCounter Analysis System is a complete, fully automated system for the next generation of digital gene expression and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. By using a unique coding technology, direct counting of individual mRNA/microRNA as well as DNA molecules (copy numbers) is possible. The system allows multiplex assays for up to 800 mRNAs/genes in one sample.

For further information have a look at the facility website.
